This award-winning film adapted from the critically acclaimed off-Broadway rock theatre hit, tells the story of the "internationally ignored" rock ‘n’ roll goddess, Hedwig (John Cameron Mitchell) - a gender-queer punk-rock singer, and her search for stardom and love.
